BG Law to Represent Samil Tong Sang Co. in Quiksilver Bankruptcy

Managing Partner Steve Gubner and BG Law were recently retained to represent Samil Tong Sang Co. on the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Quiksilver’s filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. BG Law will be representing the South Korean merchandise vendor with respect to OCUC and Trade Agreement Affairs.
