Brutzkus Gubner Welcomes Four New Attorneys and One Paralegal

Brutzkus Gubner LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica Bagdanov, Joseph Balice, Reagan Boyce, Susan Seflin and Margo Tzeng have joined the Firm.

Jessica represents Chapter 7 Trustees in individual and corporate bankruptcy cases, as well as creditors and creditor committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters. Jessica is also routinely responsible for a wide range of motion practice in contested matters and adversary proceedings.

Joe’s core practice is representing policyholders when insurance company carriers deny claims.  He has worked on virtually all lines of commercial and professional insurance (CGL, D&O, E&O, EPLI, property, crime, etc.).  Joe has personally helped clients collectively recover over $400 million in insurance policy benefits throughout his career, and continues to maximize recoveries so that policyholders receive the coverage they deserve.

Reagan’s practice is focused on representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in both individual and corporate cases, and is responsible for a wide range of law and motion practice in both contested matters and adversary proceedings. Reagan’s diverse background allows her to quickly assess a client’s issue, develop a case strategy and implement the quickest and most efficient resolution to meet her client’s goals.

Susan guides and represents a wide range of businesses through the Chapter 11 reorganization process.  She focuses her practice primarily on Chapter 11 reorganizations and related matters, has a proven track record of successfully confirming Chapter 11 plans of reorganization, and has successfully represented over fifty Chapter 11 debtors (excluding related entities).

Margo (paralegal) began her career in bankruptcy working directly with a panel trustee handling Chapter 7 and 11 cases.  She works directly with attorneys and clients, drafting legal pleadings and correspondence, analyzing records, discovery and research.
