Corey Weber Named Panelist in Strafford Publications Webinar
Corey Weber will be a panelist in the Strafford Publications webinar titled “Ponzi Scheme Clawback Litigation in Bankruptcy: Bringing or Defending Claims.” The webinar will take place on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, beginning at 10:00 a.m. PST. The CLE webinar will provide practitioners who represent bankruptcy trustees, investors and others with an overview of recent trends in clawback suits involving Ponzi schemes, theories of liability and effective defenses, and strategies for bringing and defending these claims. The other panelists are Anthony L. Paccione, a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, and Jesse S. Finlayson, a partner at Finlayson Toffer Roosevelt & Lilly.
