BG Law Successfully Closes Deal for Purchaser of International Soft Goods Company

BG Law attorneys Nick Rozansky, Mark Brutzkus and Alison Grabell recently closed a deal on behalf of an overseas company which purchased an international soft goods company based in New York.  The deal included transfers of intellectual property, customer relationships and other assets and involved the formation of a new corporate entity.  Payment of the purchase price is in multiple tranches, based on certain benchmarks and contingencies.  The deal closed in approximately one month.
