Jeff Kobulnick Invited by the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) to Speak at its International Congress on Intellectual Property Forum

Partner Jeff Kobulnick has been invited by the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) to speak at its International Congress on Intellectual Property Forum, which will be held from August 25-27, 2019 at the Windsor Convention & Expo Center in Rio De Janeiro. The underlying theme of the event is “Intellectual Property in the New Global Geopolitical Scenario.” Jeff will be on a panel titled “Expiry and proof of effective use of trademarks: what has changed?” on August 27, 2019.

The event is supported by the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Business leaders, government officials, judges, lawyers and experts in the field of intellectual property will be in attendance and presenting over the course of three days.
