Casey Quinn is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in complex commercial and construction matters, often involving multiple parties or high-stakes claims. With nearly two decades of experience in private practice and government service—including time as a Senior Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada—he offers trusted counsel and straightforward advice when it matters most.

Clients rely on Casey not just for his experience, but for his honest assessments and practical guidance. His work spans business litigation, regulatory matters, construction claims, and appellate advocacy. He also represents clients in various forms of conflict resolution beyond litigation, including mediation and arbitration with a focus on resolving matters as effectively and efficiently as possible. In addition, Casey advises clients on general business issues, including privacy and cybersecurity, and holds the CIPP/US certification. He previously served as Chair of the State Bar of Nevada’s Construction Law Section and a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Las Vegas Small Claims Court.

Originally from Idaho, Casey lives in Henderson, Nevada, with his wife and two kids. He volunteers as a youth recreation league basketball coach, supports the Vegas Golden Knights, and is a regular at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
